My current setup is a Phase I single dual LNB satellite dish with both lines coming into the house and then connecting to a WNC SWA48 multiswitch. Three receivers for a total of five tuners are connected to the switch (two SD DVR receivers and one SD receiver).

I want to upgrade to HD. I want one HD DVR receiver, one HD receiver, and one SD DVR R15-100 receiver for a total of five tuners.

If I understand everything correctly, prior to installation I need:
Slimline SL3 Dish Antenna (I only need 99,101, and 103)

Zinwell WB68 multiswitch

Above named receivers

Did I forget anything?

Also, the SL3 has four line outputs on it. Do I have to use all four of them to the multiswitch or can I just use the two lines that I already have run outside?

Your equipment list looks good. Of course, each DVR needs two coax cables from the multiswitch, one for each tuner. And yes, the multiswitch must have ALL FOUR dish outputs connected to the SAT INPUTs.
